You can request a repeat of your prescription:
- By dropping the box of your medication in our mailbox
- Via our repeat prescription phone service (our regular phone number, option two. This option is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week)
- Online via our Patiëntenportaal
Medication that has been requested before 10:00 AM will be able to be picked up the next business day, after 4:00 PM at your pharmacy.
Medication that has been requested after 10:00 AM is available in two business days.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for requesting a repeat of your prescription in time.
Attention: sometimes, your medication has been prescribed by a specialist. In some cases, this means that we can’t repeat your prescription, because we are not involved in the specialist’s treatment. If you have medication from a specialist, be sure to request a repeat with lots of time to spare, so we can check whether the repeat can go through us, or if you need to see your specialist.
